Exchange policy
The Fly Flot Singapore exchange policy provides you with ease-of-mind when it comes to buying a pair of Fly Flot footwear that provides a perfect fit.
Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your pair of footwear must:
- show no signs of wear. If you are deciding on whether the shoes are your size, when trying your new footwear please stand on a carpeted, or non-marking surface to protect the soles.
- have all original tags and labels still attached, and must be returned in the original box, in the original condition.
We reserve the right to reject an exchange when footwear is returned in a worn condition and/or when the footwear is returned in a damaged box, or without the original shoebox.
Subject to these conditions, exchanges can be made within 14 days. Please inform us within 7 days of delivery if you intend to exchange your footwear, or if there has been an error in, or damage to your delivery. Then return the footwear to us at our e-commerce centre within the 14-day period.

Refunds (if applicable)
If a product is delivered with quality issues, please contact customercare@bionixproducts.com to request for a refund within 7 days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. In Singapore most banks and credit card companies will take 4-7 working days to update your statement.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
To return your product, you should deliver your product at our Fly Flot e-Commerce Service Centre: 39 Jalan Pemimpin #01-05, Tailee Industrial Building, Singapore 577182, Singapore
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
