3. Make your choice
On each product page you'll find clear photos of the actual shoes, no make-up applied. Select your size and quantity, and add your choice to cart.
4. Completing your online purchase
When you are ready to check out at Fly Flot Singapore, you click on the cart logo in the upper right corner of the web page. Here you choose if you want your order to be delivered at home, or if you prefer to pick up at our eCommerce Service Centre.
- Orders placed before 2 pm on Monday - Friday are shipped out the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 pm are shipped out the next working day.
- Orders placed during weekends are shipped out on Monday.
- After shipping out, delivery usually takes 2 days (no deliveries on Sunday).
We charge a delivery fee of $3.99 for orders below $100. Orders above $100 enjoy FREE delivery.
In case you choose to pick up, your order is usually ready to pick up in one hour (but wait for our pick up confirmation!). The benefit of a pick up is that you can fit your purchase at our e-Commerce Service Centre and always go home with the perfect fitting sandal, shoe, slipper or moccasin. Still, always better to reserve your purchase online first, so that you are sure we have your #1 choice in stock for you
5. Not 100% satisfied?
As long as the original labels have not been removed from your Fly Flot shoe and there is no wear and tear, we offer a 7-day exchange policy. Simply come over to our e-Commerce Service Centre and our friendly team will help you to make the exchange.
